Orders may be delivered by standard mail. An order may be shipped with a higher service tier to meet the delivery expectations at no additional charge.

Shipping and handling charges are per shipping address. Orders that qualify for free shipping and handling will receive free shipping and handling for all addresses. Please allow at least two additional weeks for delivery of orders of all personalized and custom-to-order items.

Our flat-rate shipping and handling fees, when applicable, apply regardless of order size or weight. In some cases, the flat-rate charge may exceed actual shipping costs.

Multiple Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. If your order is sent in multiple shipments (either to the same address or to different addresses), your payment will be charged separately for each shipment, including prorated shipping and handling charges.

International Orders

Shop at Pets-Couture.com. To ship items internationally, simply fill in your mailing address at checkout, a flat-rate international shipping fee will automatically show in Order Summary, when applicable. [Use '00000' as Zip/Postal Code for countries that do not have zip code]
