Returns

Pets-Couture gladly accepts returns or exchange of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased. All monogrammed, personalized, altered or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, email petscouture.official@gmail.com within 14 days of original purchase to initiate a return. We will provide you with instructions on where returns should be shipped. Please note that you will still be responsible for any return shipping fees and original shipping charges. Please allow up to four weeks for your return to be processed.

 

Exchange

Ship your exchange. Place a new order online for a replacement item. Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment. Please allow up to four weeks for your return to be processed.
